  • Three-stage finishing sequences, each with dedicated tools to achieve a surface roughness below Ra 0.8.

Impact on Final Performance

Components produced with this improved process demonstrate up to a 15% reduction in noise compared to the previous standard in heavy machinery tests. The lifespan of the parts has increased significantly due to the uniform distribution of stresses.
