The Role of Industrial Lubricant

The lubricant is not a simple auxiliary; it is the lifeblood of the process. Choosing the correct type — usually a synthetic cutting oil with superior cooling properties — reduces friction, extends tool life, and ensures an impeccable surface finish. A controlled temperature is key to maintaining tolerances under 0.01mm.

From Technical Sketch to Functional Component

Every project begins with a detailed technical sketch, where vibration parameters and dynamic load are modeled. This design stage determines the CNC tool path and the sequence of operations. The preferred material remains high-strength aluminum (7000 series), due to its excellent weight-to-strength ratio and energy dissipation capacity.

After turning, the part enters the finishing phase: fine-grit grinding and a final inspection with a profile projector to verify every contour against the technical drawing. Only in this way can we guarantee that the damper will operate silently and efficiently for tens of thousands of operating hours.
